Privacy Policy — App Permission Privacy Guide
Privacy Policy for App Permission Privacy Guide
Effective date: August 10, 2026
App Permission Privacy Guide (package name com.mstok.apppermisson) is provided by MSTOK. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Summary
The app is an educational privacy guide and self-check. It does not scan the permissions granted to other apps and does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, photos, contacts, nearby devices, notifications, or accessibility services. The core guide works offline.
Information stored locally
Your checkup answers, quiz progress, completed topics, and local privacy score are stored only on your device using Android app storage. MSTOK does not operate an account system, backend, cloud sync service, or remote database for this information.
You can erase this local progress from the app's Settings screen. Uninstalling the app also removes its app data according to Android's standard behavior.
Advertising and consent
The app includes Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. These services require internet access and may process advertising or device-related information such as IP address, device identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Where required, the app presents consent or privacy choices before requesting ads.
Google handles this information under its own policies:
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
- Google advertising technologies
MSTOK does not sell your local checkup answers, quiz answers, scores, or progress. These local app records are not sent to Google Mobile Ads.
Permissions and Android Settings
The app does not request user-facing access to your camera, microphone, location, photos, contacts, nearby devices, notifications, or accessibility services. Its Android manifest includes internet and network-state access, plus advertising-support permissions contributed by Google Mobile Ads. Depending on the Android version, these may include advertising ID, Privacy Sandbox ad services, basic phone state, wake lock, and foreground-service support. These permissions support advertising and consent services; they do not give the guide access to the sensitive content listed above.
Guide buttons may open relevant Android Settings screens so you can review settings yourself. The app does not grant, deny, or change permissions automatically.
Analytics, accounts, and cloud services
The app does not include a separate analytics service, crash-reporting service, user account, cloud backup, or cloud synchronization feature operated by MSTOK.
Data retention and deletion
Local guide progress remains on your device until you reset it in the app or uninstall the app. Information processed by Google advertising services is retained and deleted according to Google's policies and your available Google or device controls.
Security
The app keeps guide progress in Android app-local storage and uses encrypted HTTPS connections for Google advertising and consent services. No method of electronic processing is completely secure, but the app minimizes its own data handling by keeping core progress local and not requiring an account.
Children's privacy
The app is a general-audience educational utility and is not directed to children under 13. MSTOK does not knowingly collect children's checkup answers, quiz answers, scores, or progress on a server because the app has no MSTOK-operated backend.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app's data practices or third-party services change. The effective date at the top will be revised when a material update is published.
