Garage Manager Privacy Policy

Garage Manager (Android package com.mstok.garagemanager) is developed by Barka Dukhan Syuhada for small and independent garages.

Information stored on your device

Garage Manager is designed to work locally. It does not require an account and does not provide a developer-operated cloud database or cloud synchronization.

The app stores the information you enter in its app-private storage, including garage profile details, customer names and phone numbers, vehicle details, job cards, estimates, invoices, payment records, inventory, currency, and locale settings. This information is used only to provide the garage-management features on your device.

PDF export and sharing

When you export an invoice, the app creates a PDF in its private app storage. The PDF is shared only when you choose an Android sharing action. After sharing, copies may be stored by the receiving app or recipient and are governed by their privacy practices.

Advertising and Google services

Garage Manager uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner and interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, diagnostics, and ad interactions to deliver, measure, and protect advertising, subject to applicable law and Google's policies.

Where required, the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to request consent and provide privacy choices. You can review Google's privacy information at Google Privacy Policy.

Permissions

The app requests internet and network-state access so advertising and consent services can operate. It does not request contacts, camera, microphone, location, SMS, phone, or storage permissions.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain on your device until you clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. Clearing storage or uninstalling removes the app's local records. Shared PDF copies outside the app must be deleted from the receiving app or storage location.

Security

Garage Manager keeps its operational data in app-private storage and does not transmit your customer or invoice records to the developer's servers. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

Garage Manager is intended for garage operators and is not designed or directed to children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app's data practices or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a material change is published.
