This Privacy Policy explains how MilFit: Military Workout Women (package name com.mstok.mifit), provided by MSTok, handles information when you use the app.
1. Information stored on your device
MilFit stores workout progress, completed sessions, training minutes, and related app preferences locally on your device. MSTok does not operate an account system or server that receives this local workout information. You can clear local progress from the app where available, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app.
2. Advertising and consent
MilFit uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (GMA Next-Gen) to display banner and interstitial advertisements and uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent and provide privacy choices where required.
Google's advertising services may automatically collect and share information including:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
- App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad interactions;
- Diagnostic and performance information; and
- Device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available.
Google states that this information may be used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance, and that it is encrypted in transit. The exact ads and data processing may depend on your location, consent choices, device settings, and Google's services.
3. Accounts and personal information
MilFit does not require registration, login, a user profile, or payment information. MSTok does not ask you to submit your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, files, or health records to an MSTok server through the app.
4. Health and fitness information
MilFit provides general fitness routines and form cues. Workout completion records remain on your device and are not transmitted to MSTok. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program if appropriate for you.
5. Sharing and sale of data
MSTok does not sell your personal information. Information processed through Google advertising services may be shared with Google and its advertising or measurement partners as described in Google's policies. MilFit does not include a social feed or allow users to publicly share workout data through the app.
6. Data retention
Local workout progress remains on your device until you reset it, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies and your applicable consent and account settings.
7. Your privacy choices
Where required, you can review or update advertising consent choices through the app's Privacy choices option. You may also manage or delete your Android advertising ID and adjust advertising privacy controls in your device settings.
8. Children's privacy
MilFit is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.

Reasonable measures are used to protect information. Data transmitted by Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
