Privacy Policy — Origami World: Learn & Play

Origami World: Learn & Play ("the App") is an offline-first origami tutorial application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how third-party advertising services may process information when the App is used.

1. Information stored by the App

The App does not require an account, sign-in, or submission of personal information. Favorites and preferences such as mirror mode, sound, and haptic settings are stored locally on your Android device. This information is not sent to the developer's server and is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

2. Advertising and third-party services

The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display inline banner ads and interstitial ads. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as the device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, approximate location inferred from IP address, diagnostics, and information about ad delivery or interaction. This processing is controlled by Google and its partners under their own privacy terms.

The current development/test build uses Google's test ad identifiers. A production build may use registered AdMob ad units, and advertising behavior may differ. For more information, please review Google's Privacy & Terms and the Google Mobile Ads documentation.

3. Network access

The App may use the INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions to request and display advertisements and to determine network availability. Origami tutorial content and the App's core features are designed to remain available offline, although ads may not load without a network connection.

4. Information the developer does not collect

The App does not include a developer-operated account system, backend database, analytics service, crash-reporting service, contacts access, location access, camera access, or microphone access. The developer does not sell personal information.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact the developer using the developer contact shown on the App's Google Play listing.

6. Data retention and security

Locally stored preferences remain on the device until the App's data is cleared or the App is uninstalled. Information processed by Google Mobile Ads is subject to Google's retention, security, and privacy practices. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but the App is designed to minimize developer-controlled data collection.

7. Your choices

You can reset locally stored App data through Android system settings or uninstall the App. Android and Google settings may also provide controls for advertising personalization and the use of an advertising identifier. Ad availability and controls can vary by device, region, and applicable consent requirements.

8. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App's features, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
