Price List Maker is a local-first Android application for creating product and service price lists, updating prices, exporting PDF files, and creating or restoring backups.

Information you provide

Catalog information you enter, including item names, categories, SKU codes, prices, and named price-list editions, is stored locally on your device. Price List Maker does not require an account and does not upload this catalog data to a developer-operated server.

PDF exports, backups, and sharing

PDF files and JSON backups are created only when you request them. You choose their destination through Android's system document picker or share sheet. Files shared with another app or saved outside Price List Maker are then governed by the privacy practices of the destination you selected.

Advertising and consent

Price List Maker displays inline banner advertisements and occasional interstitial advertisements using Google AdMob. The app also uses Google's User Messaging Platform where a consent message is required.

Google's advertising services may automatically collect and share approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or other identifiers. These data may be used for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

Data retention and deletion

Your catalog data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Files you export or share must be deleted from their saved destination by you. Advertising data is handled under Google's retention and deletion practices; Android also provides controls to reset or delete the advertising ID.

Children's privacy

Price List Maker is intended for adults managing business price lists and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through a developer-operated account or server.

Security

We use Android platform storage and document-sharing mechanisms to help protect local data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
