These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Origami World: Learn & Play ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Origami World: Learn & Play provides step-by-step origami tutorials, visual folding guidance, and related learning features for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App on a device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

The App, including its software, interface, text, illustrations, graphics, logos, and tutorial content, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The App may display banner and interstitial advertisements through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google and other third-party providers may apply their own terms and policies when delivering services or advertisements. The developer does not control third-party content, availability, or practices.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate any law or third-party right, or distribute malicious or unlawful material through any related service.

The App is provided as available and may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Tutorial availability, device compatibility, advertising, and features may vary by device, region, network connection, and software version.

The App and its tutorial content are provided for general educational and creative purposes. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Follow appropriate safety practices when using paper, scissors, glue, or any other materials outside the App.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
